in year 2000, when it was formerly called
DJ GAH PROMOTION SOUND RADIO.
It was named after the CEO
Lamin Jammeh Alias Dj Gah
the founder of an international sound from the Gambia called Gah Promotion Sound currently operating both in The Gambia and the UK
based in Newcastle..
Further more: the radio was given a new
name in 1st August 2015 by another member of Gah Promotion Sound Clan
Dj Melo currently residing in The Gambia running and managing the radio as a Co Ceo / Presenter/ Dj to the Empire Radio1 streaming straight from Both the Gambia and the Uk...
